Support to Complete All Four Work Areas as Intended

The Suthirat Yoovidhya Foundation recognizes the importance of work that influences the development of various aspects of society in order to benefit the public in accordance with the foundation’s spirit and objectives. In July 2021, donations of one million baht each were made to four agencies to support social work that benefits society, culture, and the environment, as shown below.

C.C.F. Foundation for Children and Youth to support scholarships, lunch, health, and career advancement for socially disadvantaged children in many rural areas throughout Thailand, as well as activities to develop children and youth into human beings, good, virtuous children who will grow up to be quality adults for the nation in the future.

The Chakrabandhu Posayakrit Foundation will support the painting of murals inside the new chapel at Tri Thotsathep Worawihan Temple, Khao Sukim Temple, Chanthaburi Province, as well as the construction of a demonstration theater for puppet exhibitions and the collection of important national arts for the purpose of educating and passing on knowledge of Thai arts and culture to the general youth.

Elephant and Environmental Conservation Foundation will provide food and medical care for sick elephants and other animals. Currently, there are over 100 elephants in care, with 70% being elderly and disabled elephants which require special care. Every day, elephants must consume 300 kilograms of food and 200 liters of water. In addition, the foundation cares for over 4,000 other animals, including dogs, cats, cattle, buffalo, wild boar, rabbits, horses, and goats.

The Princess Srinagarindra Prosthetics Foundation will provide free prosthetic legs to impoverished amputees. Since 1992, the Prosthetics Foundation has assisted over 30,000 impoverished amputees, regardless of race or religion, in obtaining prosthetic legs to enable them to earn a living and provide for themselves and their families without becoming a burden to society, while also allowing them to live in society on an equal footing with normal people.
