 The project to train Fine Arts Department staff in Thai painting, sculpture, and ancient site conservation is funded by the Suthirat Yoovidhya Foundation. For 2023, the Suthirat Yoovidhya Foundation provided funding for Mr. Phanombut Chandrachote, Director-General of the Fine Arts Department, Mr. Phongthan Samphao-ngen, Director of the Archeology Division, and Fine Arts Department executives to develop their conservation skills for Thai paintings, sculptures, and ancient sites.

The Foundation understands the importance of training and promoting employees to have the right skills and competencies for their jobs and apply their knowledge to their work, which will lead to greater academic and operational efficiency. The Treetara Lampang Hotel in Mueang District, Lampang Province, will host personnel training from 19 to 22 December 2023.
